The scene is real, it's from Easter a year or so ago, when the jetty essentially collapsed (bolts rusted through), so the benches were sort-of in the water. The rest is pure Pohjois-Savo (Northern Savonia, the region around Kuopio).

I think this is the only one of the set which is 15s. The light was that bad! But you get to see my dust bunnies :-(
