What went in G+?Has anyone from the hardcore buzzers already dug up one of those wish lists we compiled to the intention of the Google Buzz Team? That was way back in the old days. It seems that a number of these ideas are nicely implemented here, some other are not at all present, and some other functions I am seeing here were never mentioned.
I like it very much overall but what prevents me from singing a song are a few omissions, like, for one, a way to preview a post before publishing it, then maybe also some more flexibility in the edition?
I am spoiled, I know. Thank you Google for what we already get so many months before Christmas :-)

Obvious Signs of a Sizeable Summer Night ThirstSeen at my bus station this morning. Notice how orderly the remains are. I was pleased seeing such a discipliniry effort granted to the public realm.
As usual the most annoying ones are invisible but smelly. I am speaking here about the contained water once it has unloaded its alcoholic payload into the blood and wants out again.
Fortunately the place is a garden with plenty opportunities to spread the yellowish liquid over many billions of starving microorganisms.

98 new people are sharing with you!To all those I have not "encircled" yet, sorry about that. I've been busy. I anyway need to re-organize my
classification circles.
My stream has become a bit like a wild torrent and I realize I am not seeing a couple of salmons I should have :-)

Connected YouthI should not be surprised but I was a bit nonetheless. Sitting alone in the train shortly after 21h and soon after the stop in Bern I suddenly was surrounded by 9 (+) young men and women about half my age and
every single one of them had a glaring smartphone in his or her hand the same instant.
It was a bit surreal as it lasted a few seconds before the first one broke that studious silence... getting a incoming phone call.
They were mostly iPhones but that may be different just 5 meters away. That is anyway not relevant here.
That reminded that keynote from Eric Schmidt last September in Berlin telling us what lies ahead of us:
“We can suggest what you should do next, what you care about. Imagine: We know where you are, we know what you like.A near-term future in which you don’t forget anything, because the computer remembers. You’re never lost."(+)
Including me that makes ten but, in comparison, I am not as young :-)Read post in Google+
LocarnoToday I decided to try another lake, this one being on the other side of the Alps. Sting and his symphony orchestra will go on stage here tonight.
Of course I came by train and it has been quite a long way in the middle of a group of four female school teachers who have talked
non stop for about 90 minutes.
was both annoyed
(until I placed ear plugs from my public transports travel kit) and respectful of this sustained social performance.

The "sad" part is that this great canyon is located just below a rather busy road where ample parking spaces has been made available. The result? Quite some trash littered the river and could be seen between the rocks.
Years of hiking have taught me that those who have walked more than 15 minutes to reach a natural place will usually respect it.

Adult Male PlaygroundAlthough considerably less powerful and less expensive than the armed forces in Irak we also have an army and my town has the somewhat sad privilege to be a permanent training camp for tanks. During week days we can hear large size canons and every once in a while all our windows will shake. This has been going on since WWI.
I am sure that taking these pictures is totally against one or more Swiss law. I hope you appreciate the risks I am taking here for you :-)
It is only by thinking about my distant G+ friends that I decided to take these pictures, please do the same from your part of the world.Read post in Google+

Two, Three, and now Four Times!Would it be possible for everyone non Googler to refrain from continuously resharing those G+ announcements?
Let us just wait until the redundancy bug is fixed. I am convinced that 99% of us will get the messages anyway.
Thanks

Our Teenage BoysAccording to evolution, this is a serious possibility. Please pass it on and show it to them. They must know the scientific truth :-)

DependenciesHow often did I see this. A single man or woman about 30 but easily looking at least 40, sometimes way older. She or he will have a nearly finished cigarette still smoking at one hand and will be patiently queuing to buy both a pack of cigarettes, some lottery tickets, and a can of tasteless beer.
Of course she or he will not win it just like the previous hundred times

Going NorthI am off for a few days going North. Destination is Belgium. Reason is private and not holiday (sigh!).
Due to these horrendous European roaming costs I will only connect using WiFi with my mobile using Android G+
(which was just updated BTW, nice! :-)My stream should be fairly quiet as well as my participating to whatever's boiling. No disrespect, just lots of driving, lack of time and poor connectivity.
Now a little note to all those who have recently added me to their streamWelcome!I haven't had the time to check all of you back yet, sorry, but I already unfortunately had to block a few who clearly had no other interests than having me buying their products or services.
I am using G+ for sharing and exchanging opinions and information with other persons from all over the world, not to hear about great business opportunities that I should investigate. I am confortable with French, German and English.
I suppose you've taken a look at my profile or my recent G+ posts, even more about what moves me can be found under Buzz where I have been active since the early days as well.
If not please have a quick look and do comment, +1 on my posts or summon me in your own posts when common interests emerge. As soon as time allows I'd be most happy to engage with you.
I am looking forward to get to know you
Zaid

Liège-GuilleminsA sci-fi looking train station born in the mind of Santiago Calatrava and realized in Liège. He is a Spanish _st_architect headquartered in Switzerland.
This building reminds a lot of a giant UFO which has landed in the middle of a dense homogeneous city with all buildings aged of at least 50 years. Some Liegeois are looking forward for his departure back to his distant galaxy but they just understand nothing about art and its inevitable unexpected additional cost.
Shot with my Android phone and uploaded from G+ mobile.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Li%C3%A8ge-Guillemins%20railway%20stationRead post in Google+

MaastrichtI worn off nearly 1 mm of my shoes' soles walking around what the locals like to call the oldest city of the Netherlands.
The Neanderthal remains found here do give some credit to this claim and many buildings do seem much older than the industrial age.
The better pictures are still inside my Canon DSLR. Here are just a bunch.
