For tonight's #mandycorycookoffexplosion we decided it was time for chili. I present a traditional tomato based chili with chuck, kidney and chili beans fresh onions and garlic. Add a couple secret ingredients and nice blend of spices for this hearty winter classic. Served with Sierra Nevada Pale Ale to continue with the Southwest theme.

For tonight's #mandycorycookoffexplosion (special breakfast edition) I have made a broccoli fritata. with fresh broccoli, mushrooms and onions. This #paleo treat is fried in coconut oil. served with fresh strawberries and a relaxing breakfast favorite, the Bloody Mary. Yes that is a dill pickle garnishing this special mix instead of the normal celery.
