I faced my range anxiety head on today. I traveled 278.4 miles without charging and arrived home with just 6 miles to spare. I was relieved on how easy it was to anticipate and somewhat manage the range.
The future is here and there is no need to turn back.

+Mark Hennessey I wouldn't call my first attempt with the Kettle Pizza attachment successful. It was too hot, then not hot enough (which I'm blaming on the rain, certainly not from me closing it all up). It was slightly burned and doughy at the same time. I can't blame it on the dough though, we got it from our favorite place in town - Bradley and Wall. As you might expect the bottom crust was cooking faster than the top. More research is required, but I haven't given up hope.
+***** At some point I may need to solicit your expertise. I always aspire to those you made when +Shane Hussey was young and we went up north / skiing.
Please say a prayer for Patrick as he receives his First Holy Communion.
He'll also need your prayers when it comes time for the Prom. There were roughly twenty boys and only four girls. He's also got some stiff competition from all his great friends.
The Music People! Inc. is back up and running on a 200 amp generator. And +Jim Mingo totally made it happen and got it done! He reached out to our friends at the Soundguyz / Professional Event Services. Big Thank You to Mike, Mark and Wayne for coming to our rescue and getting us up and running.
So if you are in need of any professional event service please give them a call at 860-292-0628. They are at 1407 Park Street in Hartford, CT or at www.SGZpro.com.
I agree that Google's plan seems better and it will work better when the masses come, but why aren't they coming in mass? I would love +Bradley Horowitz's thoughts on this, because I would prefer that everyone use G+

I was thrilled that my wife arranged for me to have a photography lesson during our trip to Northern Ireland. It was really a great experience that exceeded my expectations. My wife arranged the lesson because she knows how much a love photography and despite the tens of thousand of photos and having taken other lessons, felt I still have a lot to learn. Philip was great. He provided the clarity that I needed, intuitively focusing in on what I was missing. It was clear that Philip knows his craft, but also has a heart of a teacher and knows some students like myself need some repetition before they truly get it. Philip is able to explain in depth and essential concepts in simple terms. I really learned a lot.
My lesson with Philip included some of the most beautiful coastline in Northern Ireland - Murlough Bay, Ballintoy Harbour and the amazing Giant's Causeway. I had seen the harbour and causeway the day before as a typical tourist, but when Philip took me there, I saw it through his experienced photographer's perspective. When on my own I had missed some of the most beautiful aspects, so the benefit of having an experienced, local photographer as a tour guide was worth the cost of his services alone. As a result, I am now going to try to find a local photographer on all my future trips around the world. I also plan to return to Northern Ireland with my mom in the near future to help her retrace her father's roots. I will definitely schedule Philip into my plans again and I look forward to learning next level in landscape photography from him.
I highly recommend Philip and his Irish Landscapes photography workshop and if you are on the fence about visiting this part of Northern Ireland, don't miss out on seeing and capturing one of the true wonders of the world. Track down Philip at www.ShutterSheep.com
I've included one photo from our sunset shots at Giant's Causeway. The photo may not get any awards or even impress you, but I know that I had not been able to take a photo in these circumstances quite like this before, without Philip's help. So I'm impressed. The photo could probably benefit from some editing, but I like it unprocessed. I choose this one over some others that may appear to have a more stunning sunset because of the small puddle reflections near the center of the photo. These stones are unique with their concave and convex shape and I liked how this photo highlighted this, even if just a little. I also pretend that the two children in the background are mine, although they were not. I had been there with them the day before and missed the opportunity to capture them in such a shot.
RESHARE: Sounds like +NAMM and +SolarCity should get together and make some music for the good of the kids. Sounds like a good idea, right?

Lifehacker is running a poll, asking "What’s Your Social Network of Choice?"
But they give Facebook and Twitter an unfair advantage: At the bottom are "Like" buttons for Facebook and Twitter. They're giving a tool to virally promote the poll on two of the social networks, but not the others. As a result, Facebook and Twitter have WAY more votes than Linkedin, Pinterest, MySpace and Instagram.
But Google+ is dominating the poll anyway, with (at the time I write this) twice as many votes as Facebook.
That's not enough.
Since Lifehacker decided to favor Facebook and Twitter, let's send them some Google+ love in the form of MASSIVE votes for Google+:
1. Share this post with all your circles.
2. Go here and vote for your social network of choice:

It's always great to be out somewhere with friends or something and see my company's hard work - On-Stage Stands. It's also great to see a twelve year old playing some great guitar. The kid's name is Bobby Paltauf and he's very talented regardless of his age. I apologize for the quality on the video, it doesn't do him justice.
"[Did you know that the] Bridgeport [coal fired electrical] plant was rated the 8th worst environmental justice offender out of 431 coal plants across the country and needs to be replaced with clean energy to protect our health and the environment?
Connecticut has the skilled workforce and resources we need to move beyond coal to clean energy, but we need a plan to get there. Help move Connecticut beyond coal to a clean energy future and become the first state in the nation to retire all of its coal plants by 2015!
Let DEEP Commissioner Dan Esty know that you support better energy efficiency, increased use of renewable energy, and the retirement of the Bridgeport coal plant." - Onté Johnson - Organizing Representative - Connecticut Beyond Coal - Sierra Club

Reshared text: The Hidden G+ Photo Stats - How-To
Your photos are getting way more views than you think! Tell me if you are surprised when you look at your own stats... of course, the total number of photo views does not really matter, but I think you'll be surprised how many more views they get than +1's.
1) Go to https://picasaweb.google.com/home 2) Click on the Photos from Posts (or an album if you post in a particular album) 3) Click on the photo. 4) Click on the photo AGAIN. Look under the photo for the number of views.
I tried this with one of +Tom Anderson's photos to show how many people were actually seeing his photos. In the link that follows, he has about 2300 +1's but OVER 1.3 Million Views - http://goo.gl/QgLwE
Are you also seeing the "multiplier" between +1's and Actual Photo Views?
