here is the deepest secret nobody knows (here is the root of the root and the bud of the bud and the sky of the sky of a tree called life;which grows higher than soul can hope or mind can hide) and this is the wonder that's keeping the stars apart
I never knew any more beautiful than you: I have hunted you under my thoughts, I have broken down under the wind And into the roses looking for you. I shall never find any greater than you.
just had this idea... stuck a broken windmill on the bed post with some blue tac .. daylight behind me, got the hairdryer in one hand .... 100mm in the other ... :) good fun
Meet me along by Bristol We'll go ridin' down Down by Avalon In the countryside in England With your red robe danglin' all around your body free Let your red robe go. Goin' ridin' down by Avalon Would you meet me in the country In the summertime in England Would you meet me? "Summertime In England" Van Morrison
Away, sad thoughts, and teasing Perplexities, away! Let other blood go freezing, We will be wise and gay. For here is all heart-easing, An ecstasy at play ....
2012 was a year of self created challenges for me, all of which I fully enjoyed.
This image is from a series called "Oculus Images ~ Outings With My Glastonbury Glass Orb"
As the title suggest I bought my first glass orb in Glastonbury, Somerset, UK. I've collected several since then. My largest weighing in at 1540 grams. My others are smaller, more quirky glass globes, like the top of a wine decanter I spotted in a local charity shop.
In the bleak midwinter, frosty wind made moan, Earth stood hard as iron, water like a stone; Snow had fallen, snow on snow, snow on snow, In the bleak midwinter, long ago.
I love you for sentimental reasons I hope you do believe me I'll give you my heart I love you and you alone were meant for me Please give your loving heart to me And say we'll never part...
Reshared text: Drove into work today on my day off to give some kids their mock exam papers, the plus side was I went the scenic route and it wasn't raining :) #southeastuk#surreyhills#iphoneography
To everything There is a season And a time for every purpose A time to be born, a time to die A time to plant, a time to reap A time to laugh, a time to weep A time to build up, a time to break down A time to dance A time of peace. . .I swear it's not too late.
I could tell you about my life And keep you amused I'm sure About all the times I've cried And how I don't want to be sad anymore And how I wish I was in love ....

Isn't it a pity Now, isn't it a shame How we break each other's hearts And cause each other pain How we take each other's love Without thinking anymore Forgetting to give back Isn't it a pity...George Harrison - Isn't It A Pity (original)

I captured this image with my Casio Exilim ( I didn't have an SLR at the time) I've just discovered the world of Tilt-shift photography and thought this image would be a good starter for my first attempt. Bath Photographic Society Meetings were held in the Crypt underneath St. Stephen's Church.
