二： 可以授权别人管理页面，但申请人要为此负责。 Subject to the Google+ Pages Terms, any Google+ user may create a Google+ Page, but only users with authority over the subject matter may administer the Google+ Page. If you authorize someone else to administer your Google+ Page, you are responsible for their actions.
三： 公共主页受到的限制和处罚 在所发布的内容上，G+主页和普通G+用户受到的限制没什么（比如色情图片）。而且由于G+主页是向全球互联网公开的，所受的处罚比普通用户要更重一点。重复违规的话甚至会导致你的G+帐号被封禁甚至整个Google账户被删除。另外谷歌会对9个月以上未更新的主页在不对用户发出通知的情况下删除。

举个 栗子.例子，如果你授权某人管理你申请的公共主页，而某人多次违规发布信息（比如种族歧视、色情图片等等）被人举报，你就可能因此被删除G+甚至Google账户。

State and federal authorities follow the movements of thousands of Americans each year by secretly monitoring the location of their cellphones, often with little judicial oversight, in a practice facing legal challenges.

Electronic tracking, used by police to investigate such crimes as drug dealing and murder, has become as routine as "looking for fingerprint evidence or DNA evidence," said Gregg Rossman, a prosecutor in Broward County, Fla.

The use of cellphone tracking by authorities is among the most common types of electronic surveillance, exceeding wiretaps and the use of GPS tracking, according to a survey of local, state and federal authorities by The Wall Street Journal.

The widening practice also presents one of the biggest privacy questions in a generation: Do police need a search warrant to follow a person's minute-by-minute movements using satellite or cellphone technology?

A DEA officer stopped at a ranch in Texas , and talked with an old rancher.
He t...old the rancher, "I need to inspect your ranch for illegally grown drugs."
The rancher said, "Okay , but don't go in that field over there.....",as he pointed out the location.

The DEA officer verbally exploded saying, " Mister, I have the authority of the Federal Government with me !"
Reaching into his rear pants pocket, he removed his badge and proudly displayed it to the rancher.
"See this badge?! This badge means I am allowed to go wherever I wish.... On any land !!
No questions asked or answers given!! Have I made myself clear......do you understand ?!!"

The rancher nodded politely, apologized, and went about his chores.

A short time later, the old rancher heard loud screams, looked up, and saw the DEA officer running for his life, being chased by the rancher's big Santa Gertrudis bull......


With every step the bull was gaining ground on the officer, and it seemed likely that he'd sure enough get gored before he reached safety. The officer was clearly terrified.


The rancher threw down his tools, ran to the fence and yelled at the top of his lungs.....

Digging Into Ripples
(note: this is good info to share)

I love digging into data. I love querying databases and manipulating queries to finding interesting patterns. While Google may never give us full access to query all the information about posts, they do give us some information that many may not realize. Sure, ripples are cool to look at and play in a timeline, but many may not realize some of the hidden gems that ripples give us. I'm going to try to give some basic (yet cool) stuff to look into.

First, let's list some types of information they give us and then we'll put them together to see how you can gather some useful information.

* Number of public and total reshares
* Names of each follower that reshared your post
* Number of direct public reshares from each follower
* Names with links, comments and relative time of most recent followers with reshares
* A timeline to show the progression of the shares

Now let's look at some inferences we can make with that information. Obviously you can easily tell who your biggest resources that reshare your material but there's more you can look into. Generally, you'd want to track at least several of your posts and compare them to try and establish a pattern.

* Time of day that most reshares occur
* Time of day that your biggest resharers repost. For example, if we were to look at several ripples and see that +Sean Bonner tends to post or repost around the same time each day, we could almost figure out the best times to get him to reshare stuff he likes (assuming he's following you).
* How influential is your topic?
- to which followers?
- at what time of day?
- to how many people?
* Do resharers comments make a difference? Take a look at the right side and see if they added their own comments to the reshare or did the post stand on its own.
* Were most of your reshares a result of a direct share from you or from reshares from other people?

This is just a basic list of things you can try to figure out with enough collected data.

Lastly (and briefly), this is a good reason that proper use of resharing etiquette is highly encouraged (aside from the "giving credit" discussions). When you don't use the reshare option, all of this data is lost that's supposed to be attached to the original post. Not using the "reshare" option hurts the poster that likes to collect this type of information.

Hopefully this will give you a head start into digging deeper into ripples other than just watching cool circles pop up over a period of time.

If your brain works normally

This is another example of an amazing illusion!!! The last sentence is so true.

If your eyes follow the movement of the rotating pink dot, the dots will remain only one color, pink.

However if you stare at the black '+ ' in the center, the moving dot turns to green.
Now, concentrate on the black ' + ' in the center of the picture. After a short period, all the pink dots will slowly disappear, and you will see only a single green dot rotating.

It's amazing how our brain works. There really is no green dot, and the pink ones really don't disappear. This should be proof enough, we don't always see what we think we see.

Saul Leiter started shooting color and black-and-white street photography in New York in the 1940s. He had no formal training in photography, but the genius of his early work was quickly acknowledged by Edward Steichen, who included Leiter in two important MoMA shows in the 1950s. MoMA’s 1957 conference “Experimental Photography in Color” featured 20 color photographs by Leiter.
After that, however, Leiter's personal color photography was, for the most part, not shared with the public. He became better-known as a successful fashion photographer in the 1950s and 60s. All the while, Leiter continued to stroll the streets wherever he was (mostly New York and Paris), making photographs for his own pleasure. He printed some of his black-and-white street photos, but kept most of his color slides tucked away in boxes. It was only in the 1990s that he began to look back at that remarkable color work and start to make prints. 5 Things that may make You successful on Google+

The follow-up for the “5 Things that may Kill Google+” (https://plus.google.com/106407963814165910213/posts/eHJge5BT6CD) and The “5 Things that may make Google+ Successful.” (https://plus.google.com/106407963814165910213/posts/jNQKLrHcmAP) I love the notion of the individual, the idea of character and the understanding that infinite moments make stories. I will allow you to make the connection between the individual and a brand.

1.) Be Quintessential. When I think of some of the best characters in history, books, television or the silver screen, they resembled a certain aspect of character better than anyone else. Dexter is serial retribution, Steve Jobs is innovation, and God is Omnipotent. The trick seems to be to pick one universal “thing” whether it be a concept, structure, notion or job and be the best “it” in the world at all times. This is the first step in personal branding. It will be nearly impossible to assess when you look back on life, but it is easy to define when present and future focused. You can focus it, add to it or expand it over time, but start with a single idea.

2.) Everything comes from nothing: create something—anything on this platform. This platform is really and truly a blank canvas that is simply waiting for users to make their mark on it. It has been a struggle of mine for a while, but similar to life, if there is anything I want in or want from this platform, I will have to create it. If you have a great idea, numerous users will be up for helping you execute on it on this platform.

Often times I hear from my colleagues that they see nothing on Google+ and that no one is here. For them that is the greatest obstacle, for me it is the greatest opportunity. There are some things going on here and there are some people engaging here on this open network. For me, it is not a question of if Google+ will survive, rather a question of what I get to build, who I get to meet and who I am on any given platform.

Power engagers and early adapters to Google+ are the ones that are always the early adapters and engagers on any social network. If another network pops up, these groups move like a hoard with an even greater following than before to the next platform. The most valuable asset that any of us “products” have is our human connections and interactions. One of the strongest ways to build connectedness and engagement is by creating something that others find useful. Be more valuable to the effort and the network will follow.

3.) Seek feedback with your interactions. This seems to be the prime mover in engagement here on Google+. Openness with ideas and sharing an inspiring vision brings people from all corners of world to help you bring that idea to fruition. Moreover, in additional users helping you to create it, there is a greater desire to see the idea succeed. There are so many brilliant and talented individuals on the platform that can help solve a host of go-to-market challenges.

When I was leading up the strategic efforts for Coors Light in the multicultural space, I often engaged movers and shakers from various walks of life to help integrate the brand. Based on my general market expertise, I made assumptions that proved to be erroneous in terms of consumer touch points for this more urban audience. Luckily, I was willing to seek appropriate feedback and I listen to the advice from people who were really in the know (those drinking Coors Light and knowledgeable about a specific market). These personal promoters (brand ambassadors is what them for Coors Light) can make a world of difference for what you are trying to achieve on Google+.

Truly understanding where the power flows is imperative, but don’t get it mistaken, it begins and ends with you. I wont expound too much on this here as it can be a topic for further discussion for the concept of “being” in another post.

4.) Appeal to the softer side. As important as it is to be logical, matter of fact and be able to get things done, being too left-brained can be the cause for some missed opportunities. A softness or disposition that allow for truly beautiful offerings can help draw people in.

You share different things with your family than you do with your coworkers, after all, and you don’t always want to tell the world everything. Public vs Limited Sharing

There are two types of shares on Google+. Public posts are visible to any Google+ user and the web. Limited posts are shared to those Google+ users in circles you shared to, including what we call Extended Circles, which shares to all your circles and friends of your friends. You always control who sees what, and limited posts that you share with your friends cannot be shared publicly.

Friends and Followers

Since the launch of Google+ this summer, many of you are seeing incredible engagement and many connections - including from new people you don’t know yet. But just because someone adds you to one of their circles, it doesn’t mean you have to follow them back, it doesn’t mean you have to share anything with them, and it also doesn’t mean you have to see any of their updates.

When someone adds you to their circles, it simply suggests they have interest in your shares, and you don’t have to do anything. You can add someone to circles, or simply ignore it. Those you don’t add to circles will only see Public shares you make, and no more.

5 CREATIVE WAYS OF USING GOOGLE PLUS

1. Bookmarking websites

You can save bookmarks and organize them really simple with google plus and have them anywere and i'm not talking about +1-ing websites.

You can do that too, but if you don't want other people to see your bookmarks and you also want to organize them, there's a better way.

Just make an new circle. This will be an empty circle and here you will share links with yourself. Nobody will see what your sharing, and you can name it the way you want.

For example... food recipies. Now just make more empty circles for every interest that you have. They will serve you like bookmark folders.

When you'll want to go back to your it news links or anything else, you will look in that circle. Simple, right? Plus you'll have the bookmarks anywhere, and you will be able to share them with your friends by adding them to that circle.

2. Blogging platform

Why Google+ Can Be Used for Blogging Purposes:

a. It’s Fast - you can post real fast

b. It’s Formattable - on Google+, you can bold, italic or strikethrough your text anytime you want
Wrap up your text with asterisks (*) for bold, underscores (_) for italic and hyphens (-) for strikethrough. And there you are! Your text has been nicely formatted.
For a blog post, at least bold and italic are important formatting options. So, in this case, Facebook is not an option.

c. It’s SEO’d - it’s already optimized for Search Engine especially Google.Google+ posts will be more visible on Google search results for Google’s very own interest.
So, right from the start, you know that you’re getting indexed! It’s a big point in my opinion.

d. It’s Reshareable - This comes in handy for those that are already on Google+. If they like it enough, they can actually reshare it on their circles (and with a chrome extension, on any social networking site including Facebook and Twitter). This eventually drives you more traffic without any doubt.

3. Celebrating Birthdays

You are having birthday of your kid and some of family members are not around. Its an inexplicable emotional feeling to see your loved one’s face at his/her birthday.

Through Google+ Hangouts other members who are not present and are on different places, can enjoy those moments of celebration.

4. Client Meetup Over Hangouts

Skype is a great tool to have professional remote meetings but it has its own limitations in terms of group meetings. Try Google Plus Hangout for a client meetup.

You can feel it a bit unprofessional but its OK after all you are there to work and that too more efficiently, not to show off.

5. Recruitment Interviews On Hangouts

This is something that could be interesting for some. In those cases where applicant is in another city and for interview he has to travel long or you have to organize a group discussion of 8-9 people to get an idea about who is best among them, you can use Google+ Hangouts.

Here's an interesting social media survey conducted by PEW. When Americans were asked why they use social media, here's the answer for the "major" reason:

66% - Connect with Family & Friends
14% - Connecting around a shared hobby or interest
9% - Making new friends
5% - Following public figures
3% - Dating

If you read the full report (here: http://bit.ly/tQwozb), you'll see that they also collected stats on the "minor" or secondary reason Americans were using social networks. These numbers are quite telling -- they add quite a few percentage points to the categories above that didn't get much interest:

35% - Connecting around a shared hobby or interest
34% - Making new friends
20% - Following public figures
13% - Dating

These stats are important when you consider the evolution (and potential evolution) of Google+

Right now, when you can't count on all your friends & family to be avid users of G+, these 4 categories are of key interest to Google and their strategy to pull more people in.

G+ is a great place to make new friends, "follow" people, connect around interests an even "date" -- but can you build a major Internet service on a set of activities that so few people list as a "major" interest? I think G+ is proof that you can, and the key lies in the big percentage point gains in "minor" interest stat above.

There are a lot of people who are casually interested in these things, and G+ continues to thrive because it's making those things so easy, and doing them in a different way than any other service. Pursuing these groups consciously could really help G+ grow in these beginning phases. "Connecting with Family & Friends," as the main use case comes later. :-)
