I have asked since 2011 for a dual profile: Circles are too limited and the posts don't show up in Public or search.
One feature that would help bilingual people
At the moment I use my personal profile for posting in English, 99% of the time.
My Page +Gplussa is for posting in Finnish, as is the attached "Suomi" community.
This forces me to post also un-businesslike posts to my business page, if I wish to share something for the public in my own language.
The language recognition tool and a choice of which languages we want to see in our stream would be the best solution:
Google has the readiness for it.
Perhaps we'll see it in #IO14 ?
That would just make Google+ the most desirable platform in the world, outside English speaking countries.
What do you think +Nick Rock? Are circles really enough for you?
Many of the problems have been solved by Communities but not all of them.

What if I want to share a post that's neither here not there? Which public circle should I post to, about my golfing and diving trip to Malaysia, combined with the Formula 1 race?
Three or more different circles? Golf, Diving, Malaysia, F1, Travel, Food etc.
Knowing people in the Interwebz there are bound to be folks who would complain about "this post does not belong in this topic circle". Then what?
Nope. The possibility for us to choose the languages we want to see in our stream would be the best bet.
For me they would be:
Finnish, Swedish, English, German, Spanish and Italian.
